​This Long Island modern flat roof residence is a ground up construction of a 7,000 square foot house, on a two acre property, including an indoor lap pool, a jacuzzi, and a three-car garage. The property also consists of a reflecting pool off of the main living room leading to the elongated pool with sundeck off of the pool house. A sunken fire pit sits just off of the interior triple story staircase with a continuous façade glazing and skylight adjacent to the barbecue and exterior dining area. The pool house overlooks both the pool and the sport courts further away.
