These software trading engineers developed state of the art algorithms that required massive servers and fast expansion from an office of 10 to 150, while still maintaining the same work ethos and collaborative creativity of their original small office space where they could not help but run into each other and run through ideas together to perfect their millisecond trading algorithmic software.
